Plenty of support always offered during the academy, instructions were always engaging and quick to respond to questions while still challenging me to reach a higher potential. The curriculum also covers different technical and professional skills, helping me to develop into a well-rounded individual. During the transition to client site, I was offered support for upskilling and interviewing. Once on client site, frequent check ins were established with my manager, ensuring regular communication and clarity surrounding expectations.
