I worked hard for three years with my position even with health issues. Great benefits and even thou it was fully remote. I work with some decent people. It’s a call center job but it taught me lots of skills and patience
Cons
Team Leads who basically do not want to do their job. A team lead who basically only cares about how good they looked on paper but yet my first year with DCU, the TL I had lost like six people within the team within three months. Too much changes happening to the point that no information is the same when you ask properly. Referrals and sales goals are not within the job description whatsoever but yet we are supposed to do so. ( a sales team should be the ones to push those goals no other agents should). Upper management never directly told us when changes happened until it actually did.
