The business concept is an excellent one. Senior Management appear to want to make things better by going on different courses.

Decisions are made without consulting those who have to do the work and often the training and communication is lacking or non existent. There is sadly a lack of recognition of ideas from staff that are not management and if there is a good idea it is adopted as one of managements ideas and they take the credit and glory.
