Pros
Seriously Pros, huh no!!!!!! Just read the cons.
Cons
I rarely write reviews, but this one feels like community service. This company defines “toxic work culture.” Everything is marked urgent, even things that have been sitting untouched for weeks. There is no planning—just chaos disguised as productivity. Compensation? Below average. Way below. The workload suggests top-tier pay; the salary suggests unpaid internship energy. Leadership? The tech lead is manipulative, unprofessional, and has no issue insulting team members publicly. Support is nonexistent. Encouragement? Never heard of it. Constructive feedback? Replaced with blame and occasional blackmail-style pressure. Work Hours? Expect long working hours as the default. Only two Saturdays off per month—and even those are sometimes “optional-but-not-really.” Sundays are not sacred either. Work-life balance does not exist here. Growth & Learning? Zero. You’ll be stuck doing the same repetitive IoT integrations with no exposure to new technologies, no structured learning, and no mentorship. Career growth is stagnant at best. Flexibility? Be there at 10:00 AM sharp. Two late logins? Half-day salary cut. No exceptions. No adult-level trust. Pure attendance policing. Team Dynamics? The QA team barely functions, so developers end up doing their work too. There is no appreciation for good work—but if anything goes wrong, blame is immediate and public. Management Style? Micromanagement to the extreme. Every minor detail is monitored, yet there is no senior guidance when you actually need help. You’re expected to “figure it out” alone. Overall: If you’re looking for burnout, stress, and a masterclass in how not to run a tech company, this is the place. If you value growth, respect, fair pay, or basic professional dignity—look elsewhere.
