Cons
Super low wage, bad benefits, toxic family based company. This is basically a truck repair shop of which one day the CEO suddenly decided to do some high-tech magical safety devices. Just imagine working under a boss who think developers do magic to make things work. The CEO gives tasks by speak, and he forgets. No documentation, no consistency, and no appreciation. You will get a bonus at the end of the year, which is 100 bucks. If you didn't get it, means you might be fired in a month. Not worth to work for over eight months.
