Pros
I can hardly think of any pros. The only one thing I am satisfied with this company is that it is not very strict on work time. You can start work at 10am. but always you need to overwork.
Cons
My colleagues are fairly weak as software engineers. a lot of bugs, terrible architecture designs, and ignorance of basic knowledge. product managers always give ridiculous product requirements and mostly their ideas copy from a bunch of other products without any innovations. engineers are usually overworked and underpaid. Senior managers are arrogant and ignorant.
