Great Real Estate company - Realtor Diamondback Realty Employee Review

This company is like that good ol small town where everyone knows each other and supports each other. Very friendly and warm environment. Ethical leaders and a broker that seems to have all the answers. They don't nickle and dime you taking all your commission. They have a few different fee structures that are just phenominal. Can't compare it to other companies. I will spend the rest of my Real Estate Career with Diamondback!

Right now our main office is very nice but a little small. I beleive we have plans to move into a bigger office.

Before coming to Diamondback, I worked for one of the biggest companies in AZ and no one knew my name. They didn't review my contracts or give me any training.
