      Pros

      Diageo is a great company to work for, the always provide career development and they keep up with new trends, always in the look out of what is the newest tool for learning or development. Performance reviews are really fair. Company Culture is amazing.

      Cons

      Watch out for company politics. If you have a terrible manager, please take it from me, don't run away from the company, just run away from that manager and you will be fine!
