There is something for freshers and engineers in this company. I surprised when I came to know about this company. I feel glad that in very small town of India something going good. Yes in startup company lots of hurdle will come across but everything is good if you get an opportunity to work in your home town.

Need more support from management. Need proper training before going to field.

Team is very good....Love to see the progress in company. If you are non-performer then definitely company will take action against you.
