Where do I start?
The jobs pay terribly and you can’t be paying those types of wages in this economy. A “foot in the door” to a “great” company doesn’t pay the bills.
Not only do you have to compete with rival companies, you have to compete with your fellow colleagues and also an offshore team. Good luck getting ahead unless you’re incredibly lucky. There is no candidate ownership, either. Only thing that matters is the company’s bottom dollar.
The elephant in the room that no one wants to admit is that Dexian is going to go to strictly recruit offshore while the AEs and AMs manage the accounts in the states.
There is no updated training or anything to make your job easier. Those who are lifers don’t care about anyone else except the $$$$$$ in their pocket. Their only advice and feedback is “just work harder.” Yes, work harder to fill their pockets.
Also, don’t be asking on how to make the company better and not be able to take criticism when it actually happens. On one town hall meeting, the Chief People Officer nearly burst into tears because “why would anyone criticize this company and not drink the koolaid.” Then they went and only improved like 10 days of no KPIs and giving out no raises or any of the sort. ACTUALLY PAY PEOPLE WHAT THEY’RE WORTH.
This company is losing a lot of talent left and right and it’s strictly because the stress isn’t worth the money. Pay your people. Remuneration.
This company is like the Titanic headed for the iceberg, but at least the Titanic actually tried to avoid it.
