      Intelligent co-workers; brand recognition (depending on location); opportunity to wiggle your way up if you're social and competent; they are very communicative via company-wide "fireside chats"

      Cons

      Boring, repetitive work more often than not. Minimal incentives to "do better". Lacks diversity.

      This company has a great culture. They have managed to achieve a family feel despite being spread across 60 office locations, which is no easy task!

      Great collaborative environment Lots of different projects to work on and get experience in Strong Work Culture with a healthy life balance

      Cons

      Very fast-paced, making it difficult to start new roles, especially if you do not have someone in the role to guide you
