Regarding compensation, we have a merit-based pay structure that rewards high performance with substantial earning potential through commissions, in addition to a base salary that provides security regardless of sales objectives. We understand your concerns about quotas and opportunities for growth. We are continuously working on setting realistic goals and providing career advancement opportunities within the company.
While the job requires working six days a week, which is clearly communicated during the hiring process, we offer flexibility to help manage work-life balance by following specific routines planned with the guidance of our sales managers. We recognize that management practices need continuous improvement. Since this comment was posted, we have invested in training and developing our managers to provide better support and leadership.
I spent over 5 years with the company, as a manager in Wellington, FL. It was a fabulous experience, with a very enthusiastic team and a lot of commitment to the project.
I highly recommend this company, as it will allow you to develop as a professional, and meet great people who will make you feel part of the team.
Cons
It's a quite demanding company, but this is the kind of challenge that I like. That being said, the company gives you some opportunities to grow if you are commited to the project. It's a win/win situation.
