Site managers are great and deal with a lot

Cons

Trying to leave. Company attempts to recoup so much money, stops bonus payments and 3 month notice period for techs. Contracts updated without consultation.

Allowed to manage and not micro managed. Good brands being introduced. Excellent skill level in key positions
