      Great education available and Associate program is perfect for new stylist with thick skin

      Cons

      Working environment, upper management puts too much pressure about numbers on direct managers & stylist they tend to leave for mental health reasons. Out of date. Larry & Lisa are retired, kids are running it. No upgrades, just added rules & costs.

      Benefits like 401k, paid time off

      Cons

      They don’t care about you. They have illegal practices like charging commission prople bar bar fees, they make their stylists pay for credit card fees, they will refuse your days off, they will show you the top performers income to get you to sign their abusive non-compete contracts, and they make you pay back for subpar education that isn’t geared towards what you want to do with your career but what their redken points buy them.
