Good colleagues, interesting clients and the opportunity to work across multiple PPC and tracking projects. The work itself was technically challenging and allowed me to develop professionally.
Cons
Responsibilities increased significantly over time without corresponding contractual alignment. The role evolved well beyond the initial scope, including operational responsibility across PPC. Concerns raised internally were acknowledged but key questions remained unanswered for weeks. Communication was often transparent in principle, but not always reflected in practice when discussing contractual matters and future expectations. The employment relationship ultimately ended shortly after these concerns were formally revisited, without a clear explanation of the underlying reasons beyond a general reference to the company's future direction.
