No training or support and processes are all over the place. Too much work and not enough staff. The company is undergoing a restructuring process and is very confusing for alot of staff! A lot of people are set in their ways and not onboard with all the changes, this creates obstacles, whilst working on projects. Roles are not defined and you don’t know where your accountability starts and ends! New starters are ignored and sometimes treated unfairly, during meetings etc. I think the company is trying to run before it can walk! I would concentrate on standardised processes, retaining staff and making profits on projects first and understand the limits of the organisation, rather than selling endless projects, which don’t make any money. You can only change this through staff that feel empowered and supported. They will then want to lead and progress in their own field !
