Delta Technical Solutions Review - Electrical Assembler Delta Technical Solutions Employee Review

I have been working for DTS for about a year and a half as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. DTS has developed my skill set in full cycle recruiting and has taught me not to be so intimidated by sales. I really enjoy working for a small company because everyone is willing to help me grow and develop. The President and VP sit in the same office as everyone else and are hands on teachers that really strive to help employees succeed. They also listen to your ideas and suggestions and implement them. Some other pros that come along with working here are: -Great culture -Business Casual everyday -Getting out of work at 3:30 on Fridays -Uncapped commission - ability to make a lot of money -Ability to make your own hours and work from home once you get established

Same with any field, it takes time to learn how to recruit professionally and get comfortable doing so.

I just finished up an almost 3 month long internship here and I honestly could not have imagined a better experience. Jeff and Eric (the owners) took a personal interest in my training and development even though I was just an intern and were always there coaching me along as I learned about the world of recruiting. I wasn't just making coffee as most interns do, I was actively recruiting for major companies in the Chicago area. I even had the opportunity to assist with placements within these companies. There is such an incredible team culture at DTS where everyone tries to help and support everyone else reach common goals. Every person in the office was more than happy to help me if I had questions and it was such a positive environment that I truly looked forward to going to work every day.

Only cons I can think of are that the office can get a bit chilly at times and the Starbucks really is an extra 4 minutes down the road from the office...but that's about it.
