You have the opportunity to meet a lot of different people which opens the door to to encourage or get encouraged or simply put a smile on someone else's face or even change a person hole out look on different life mayhaps and scenarios and that's priceless
Cons
The long hours that you are often forced to do whenever your release person is running later or doesn't show up at all so you work more 16 hours shift,(your 8hr shifts 2p/10p and your "releaser" 8hr shift 10p/6a) than you do 8 hour shifts
