Pros
Climatic experience when it comes to the first two months of training. Events are conducted to make you feel like you're included, but it is still a work-like experience to avoid being too comfortable. If you're of age, and want to relax and be in a desk-bound job, go for it.
Cons
Progression is NOT based on Performance Stats, it is based on Favoritism and Bias from the Supervisors and Managers. No matter how hard you work, or improve or avoid the wrongs, you will still be targeted and neglected for progression. It is a desk-bound job, hence you'll feel chained to your desk and the company will squeeze every ounce of effort from you to contribute for the company's benefit. Break is 30 mins, Smart Break is 18 - 22 mins, Lunch is 1 hr. If you exceed the time frame, it will be considered as a verbal warning. Minutes cannot be rolled-over to the next day. Strict utilization of statuses making it restrictive to have the freedom to move about and recharge. The only ones with flexibility are the seniors with other non-call related positions where you'd see them giggle and have fun instead of you. Despite applying Leave in advance, it will NOT be guaranteed due to the Seniority chart that the company practices. Urgent Leave will be considered as a Correctional Action to be taken.
