Not so much a con, more of a chance to learn ... at Delphinus we take on the work that needs to be done to allow our goals to be achieved. While doing so you may receive cross-functional tasks that allow you to expand your knowledge and challenge you. Some may look at this as 'wearing too many hats', however a lot of companies don't give you the opportunity to learn new things and take on interesting projects!
