There are genuinely talented and passionate people across many departments, especially in areas like product and operations. Opportunities to take on responsibility and grow, especially if you’re self-driven.
Cons
Cons: The PSC (Partner Service Centre) is, bluntly, a dumping ground for other departments. It lacks structure, discipline, and a healthy working culture. Toxicity runs high in PSC. Staff frequently abuse anonymous platforms to target colleagues and managers, creating a hostile, childish atmosphere. Agents often challenge any direction or feedback without consequence, as upper management rarely steps in to support frontline leaders or enforce standards. Driving even the simplest process changes can take 30+ meetings and endless back and forth, largely due to internal resistance and weak decision-making. Despite raising repeated concerns, little action is taken to protect leadership from internal abuse or to build a more respectful and professional environment.
