During my time with the company, I observed several cultural and operational challenges that, if addressed, could significantly improve both employee experience and service quality. A key cultural issue is the lack of transparent and constructive communication. Misinformation and miscommunication often spread unchecked, affecting team trust and collaboration. Additionally, there is limited internal support for career development, with little mentorship or structured guidance, which hinders long-term growth and engagement. Another additional observation, HR inability to keep issues in private, promotes havoc within colleagues. This does not apply to all, but certain senior HR. It's best not to engage any counselling or advice from them.
