      Pros

      Del Posto seems to be a good place for learning about the fine dining experience, Italian wines and food. In reality they do not care about the staff and what you actually learn it is up to you because you are not treated with respect or the same way as other part of the staff are treated. As a back waiter you are not allow to taste the wine or the food in this place.

      The salary is not bad

      Pros

      Working with a great chef and GM and the very best of Italian cuisine is truly inspiring. This is a B&B property and is known for the best of the best in Italian wine and food. The team service is amazing to be a part of, you will have all of the tools to succeed.

      Cons

      If you don't bring your best every day, you will be exposed and or removed. Expect daily quizzing at pre-shift to ensure you are on point. Benefits are really non-existent, income can be great, but you pay your way.
