Pros

- You’ll get to work on a variety of projects for different clients, keeping things fresh and interesting. - Lots of team members from designer, marketing, and people team, to production (account manager, QA, creative director) - you can learn from them and get to engage with them. There’s always something to learn from them, and everyone’s friendly and easy to work with! - Virtual activities like games, mini podcasts, forums, engaging town hall meetings - Annual activities like team building, and get together

Cons

Constant changes in the processes but it's understandable since they are in the stage of innovating. Hopefully, they’ll establish a more stable and reliable design process soon. Nevertheless, everything is going okay. :)

Thanks for the detailed feedback and for being with us for so long! It's great to hear you're enjoying the variety of client work and finding value in our diverse team structure. We're really proud of having those different specialties under one roof: designers, marketing, production, QA, creative directors... and it's awesome to know that collaborative learning environment is working for you. Also glad the virtual activities and annual gatherings are hitting the mark! We put effort into keeping everyone connected, especially with remote work. You're totally right about the process changes - we are definitely in that innovation phase where we're constantly refining how we do things. Thanks for being patient with us as we work toward that more stable workflow. Your feedback actually helps us know we're on the right track, even if it feels a bit bumpy sometimes. Really appreciate you sticking with us through the growth and changes!

Pros

- Permanent Work-from-home setup - Wide variety of graphic design tasks, typically handling 3–4 different assignments per day. - Senior designers are generally approachable exept for some management.

Cons

- Workload can be overwhelming, with multiple tasks assigned simultaneously and often accompanied by unrealistic deadlines. - Limited time for creativity, we are expected to produce strong outputs within 2hrs per task or we will be questioned. - Even after completing assigned tasks for the day, employees are expected to proactively find additional work to fully utilize time which contributes to burnout. - Micromanagement can be excessive. - Overtime is officially not allowed, yet we are often expected to work beyond regular hours to meet urgent client demands, without additional compensation.
