Pros
The company's product works as advertised, so we all get to be a part of preventing bad things from happening in the real world. The company is very busy- we're growing and everybody has plenty to do, so there's quite a bit of energy. Everybody really feels like they're rowing the boat in the same direction. There are no individual agendas and very little nonsense, which is nice.
Cons
The organization is fully remote, which can leave the culture feeling a little thin. It's busy all the time, so if you're a person who like a slower paced company, this won't be for you.
