Pros
You do get to do things your own way. You can choose your project, given you do well in your current role. Company is still in developing stage so perks are not great but it definitely is working year on year to add more elements to employee happiness. Work culture is wonderful.
Cons
Work life balance compromised. Each store is independently managed so the same values, decisions can be implemented, deciphered in a different manner, leading to conflict of interests. Favouritism, politics can creep in 8f management fails to take right decision on promotions sometimes, as I said, company is still developing in India.
