Cons
Think Debt Free London gives the impression of being committed to tackling poverty in London? Think twice. This organisation sadly lacks the client commitment that would make the project work. At the moment, it is ran by a management team that don't seem to really understand - or care about understanding - what the issues actually are, what can genuinely be done to tackle them and how are the advisers and team assistants feeling. Clients call and find a service that is completely in shambles - with the initial contact managed by completely untrained staff, and other advice centres not all being linked in the same way to 'Debt Free London'. I would not recommend this as a serious place of work for someone who is genuinely committed to the charity sector.
