Pros

Thinking hard of the pros, but having trouble. Issued stock that matures in 36 months so hopes of things developing with a positive outcome.

Cons

Sales management does not have management experience and it shows in the leadership. No collaboration amongst sales teams. The leadership consist of "go sell, what did you sell, what will you sell" The commission payout is built around numbers that 1) have not been achieved consistently over a 60 day period, 2) the rolling average of the entire team is not at the payout levels 3) discard the top performer and the worst performer and the average is still not at the payout they want you to achieve.

Pros

The possibility for what the company could become is the only drawl here, though you find out real quick that the likely hood of this start up succeeding are slim.

Cons

Favoritism by management. Management has no experience managing others and it shows in the performance of the employees. All stress with zero reward. They lie and tell you that the compensation is worth it at this start up, but in the end, no one hits the unrealistic goals set by management; therefore, no one makes any $. They allow for employees to utilize and eat up there rolodex with lies about a product that does not do what they say and once your rolodex is used up, they are done with you.
