I’ve had a really positive experience working here, especially being part of the sales org. The company is in a great market with massive opportunity, and the growth over a relatively short period of time has been impressive. There’s strong product-market fit, and a strong move up market with incredible opportunity to not only hit quotas but surpass quotas. There has been a lot of great change recently, including management changes, it feels like the company is investing in the right areas and setting itself up for long-term success. Leadership is focused on scaling, improving processes, putting in the right management, and creating a more structured environment as the company grows. The pace is fast. The team is incredible with a smart, driven, and collaborative team. There’s a genuine sense that teams want to win together!

With rapid growth and change priorities shift and processes are being refined. This isn’t the place for someone who needs a highly rigid process. it’s better suited for people who are adaptable, agile, and comfortable with fast change.
