Pros

Basically free tuition, good health benefits. Great initial 10% raise after a few months although I don't think that's typical.

Cons

When they say it's a for profit university, boy do they mean it. Layoffs every year that ended with too many chiefs and not enough indians. Can the CEO really not survive on a salary less than 6 mil? It's too bad because I truly believe that DeVry used to be a quality school, but now it's just a rip off with horrible professors and a sorry online platform. I don't see the point of the 1 hour admissions interview since DeVry will take anyone with a GED and $40 for the app fee. Rude, low income student base that can honestly be dangerous at times. Micromanagement and office politics.Even though the degree was free, I didn't finish. DeVry/Keller on your resume is a joke. I do not recommend, obviously.

Pros

DeVry Day was a wonderful example of our positive culture, meaningful work, and commitment to making a difference. Welcoming and congratulating graduates allowed me to celebrate their achievements firsthand and witness the impact of the support and resources DeVry provides throughout their educational journey. The event created a sense of community, recognition, and pride that reflected our dedication to student success. Seeing graduates and their families celebrate this milestone reinforced how our work contributes to helping students achieve their goals and create better futures for themselves

Cons

This event was nothing but spectacular!

Pros

Work from home, good benefits, paid time off & the pay.

Cons

They say it’s not a KPI based position but it is. They will not give commission because they say we should be in it for the students and not numbers but the position is solely based on numbers. This is not a warm, team friendly position. Even your team mates are in competition with you. You will work two Saturdays out of the month and sometimes even Sundays and they still won’t be satisfied with your work ethic.
