_Independent work schedule, met my boss face to face 3 times in the 3 month summer period. _Decent hourly wage, $10 per hour at 35 hr/week. $2 bonus per hour if you work until your contracted date. (For summer mechandiser/callbacks).
Cons
_As a summer merchandiser, be prepared to work every weekend, especially independence weekend. _you have little control over where they send you. _weekday shifts start at 6-7a.m.
