-Good hours (8 to 5) -Decent pay (lower than industry standards but not too low) -A few good co-workers (most people are good except for a few girls in accounting) -Good benefits after probation. -Growing company/industry
Cons
-High turnover -Management young/inexperienced -Atmosphere is dreadful - nobody likes each other -Good employees are bullied by management -Office politics at every level -Very little career opportunities (mainly due to the size of the company) -The VP is the HR manager
