Pros

You learn something new, and a lot, every day. The people here are relatively nice. A nice office space in a convenient location.

Cons

Long hours, little contact with the outside world or other coworkers as everyone is glued to their computer screens and there is a pervasive, unsaid, unrealistic expectation that if you're not working every second then you're draining the company of its time.

Pros

Good place to try out as an intern You can learn a fair amount in a quick time Not too much red tape or micro managing

Cons

Definitely part of the Wright foundation, You can read about that online, it is definitely very cold like and has very intense reviews. I do not recommend staying there full-time, try and get a paid internship Michigan. For young people who tend to be impressionable, it is a very unusual place to be and any comments with you being uncomfortable leads to people being upset with you and giving you bad reviews. Take this place with a large pinch of salt, get what you can out of it and get out as soon as you can

Pros

New workspace is amazing--great environment, spaces for every kind of work style, great location downtown; people are relatively nice.

Cons

To start, they are extremely understaffed and overworked. Everything is a priority because there is no project management to speak of, zero time management, unrealistic expectations and constant juggling due to a "reactive orientation" to completing client projects. Nothing seems to be thought out ahead of time, but constantly addressed at the very last moment before it is due. This is finding a topic, doing your research, and writing your 30 page senior seminar paper the night before it is due. Every. Day. The culture is not enjoyable; it is, in fact, downright stressful. Though they mean the best, they over-promise and under-deliver. If you are in any administrative capacity, be forewarned that you will be asked to do personal projects for the owners ranging from standard (securing tickets) to highly personal (and incredibly awkward).
