      Pros

      Super fun job for someone who loves people and is an extrovert! It was amazing seeing customers’ dreams come true.

      Cons

      Sales goals per day are unrealistic and the upselling push from upper management is just absolutely ridiculous They nit pick every single little thing and WAY overcharge for their dresses TERRIBLE pay for the expectations they put in place The pay for the sales associates was literal trash and it broke me heart for them

      Fun place to work and nice to be apart of something bigger.

      Cons

      Total revolving door for employees, managers and everything else. No commission and store is worn down along with systems.
