The team atmosphere in come locations was far from supportive — communication was often rude, unclear, and collaboration felt more like competition. Rather than fostering a professional and encouraging environment, there seemed to be a culture of disorganization. Leadership, particularly from high management team, lacked a lot of equality and team work. Expectations were rarely communicated effectively, and feedback (when given) was more critical than constructive. Morale was low across the board, and it became clear that staff wellbeing wasn’t a priority. Overall, while the agency might present a polished front to clients, the internal dynamics told a different story. I wouldn’t recommend it to those seeking a respectful or growth-oriented workplace.
