      Pros

      If you're just looking for a job (and not a career) for a year or two, this may be the place. If you're of at least average intelligence and you don't care how well your work functions, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      This place is a horrible place to work if you want to maintain somewhat of a work-life blanace. Several of the paralegals were asked to come on the weekends to complete ridiculous "urgent" tasks without being remunerated for their work. Management will run this place into the ground. They are ALL incompetent. I was miserable working here.

      The job itself wasn't stressful and demanding so I was able to enjoy a healthy work-life balance. However, I was just looking for more for my career

      I wasn't growing and I felt stuck so I needed to move. There weren't many opportunities within that I could grab so I'd grow
