      Only pros are that it's a full-time job

      Cons

      Treat employees like robots. Constantly downsizing. No room to move up or any way to get yourself noticed. Fair pay. Not very many incentives that benefit employees.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
