Good company to work in your early career or you are fresh out of college, company sponsored Oslo trips to the Parent office.

Quite a few. Although company is good to begin for a fresher with no experience, you are stuck working with a no process company sometimes worst than a start up. Priorities are changed often. The Oslo trip is provided and made sure you are not putting in less than 60 to 70 hours work in a week, also have to come in on weekends. There are no benefits of any sorts, India office has Saturday 4 hour work. Not sure if that has changed now but it is what it was in the past. The management in Oslo keet changing their own decisions and few arrogant and non deserving people got benefitted by getting undeserved promotions. They'll get worked up as soon as you tell them you are moving out. Worked there for 2 years and realized it was time to make a move.

I had the pleasure of working with Data Nova and I can confidently say they are one of the most innovative and customer focused tech companies in the industry. The people here were awesome, made a lot of memories, learnt too much technical things. Will always be grateful to this organisation.
