All feedback is welcome and appreciated; especially the type of feedback that exposes areas where growth is needed. We are a performance driven product company that compensates its team based on their achievement of goals; management of KPI’s and overall value to the customer and the company. Raises are given for performance; not based on time worked. Vacation and PTO are encouraged. Life exists outside of work; and we want the team to thrive personally. To address a few of the concerns listed in this review: * “Raises don't happen. Don't expect it” Reviews are conducted monthly. Performance bonuses and commissions are earned for more often than base salary increases. Base increases are discussed in annual reviews and are based on performance. * “If you don't fit into the culture, bye!” This is an interesting thing to say as a negative about an organization. Company culture is a critical element of success everywhere. In a situation where your personal culture does not match the overall culture of the company you will always find yourself feeling stressed and pressurized. This is definitely not unique to Dastmalchi. * “Hope you like sales. Its all the company cares about” Sales of our products to our customers and the impact the products have in those customers lives are why we exist as a company.
