- Attractive healthcare plan - CSE with lots of advantages and activities (sports, arts, travels) - Great colleagues and chill atmosphere - Interesting learning opportunities for rookies - Good profit-sharing and incentive plan for bonuses (but only compensates for the low base salary)
Cons
- Poor base salary compared to other tech companies - Pay raises are very low even if you perform well - Terrible campus location - Aging tools and very slow R&D process - Managers have no real power and can only follow orders from above - Company values only apply when it suits them, especially "challenge the status quo" - Leadership team doesn't listen to feedback from employees: nothing changes year after year in GPTW surveys yet they focus only on the good parts and brag about it, still no real remote work policy even after COVID...
