Thank you for your review. I'm personally (this is Thomas the CEO) very proud of the work our HR, leadership, and Diversity teams have done to invest in learning, benefits, diversity, and culture. Your statement that a company in Halifax cannot hire locally to build a world class tech culture is short-sighted and uninformed. Dash Hudson has grown to be one of the leaders in our market by primarily hiring locally (in Halifax) across roles.
