      Benefits are good and the supervisors are cool they seem to actually care about you, to a point.

      Cons

      Worst upper management known to man. They actually do not care. All they seem to care about is profit.

      The people within your department are a great resource of knowledge and positive to be around

      Recent changes over time have made the job more stressful with the people doing the hard work being listened to less and with more work being piled on without additional support being made available.
