Horrible - Anonymous employee Dart Container Employee Review

Dart is by far the worst company I've ever worked for. Incompetent human resource personel. You have to do your job & theirs. They give you points for days they shouldn't ( vacation, workers comp & personal days), the only way to fight it is to keep your own records & compare it to theirs IF you can even get in touch with them. You can advance only if you have a hand in the pocket of management. When you transfer to a different position you lose all seniority. Tons of hipa law violations almost on a daily basis. They seem to make and follow their own laws. Its the dart way.
