- Good work life balance - Amazing benefits, especially the 401k - Flexible work schedule, depending on your department and manager - Leadership seems to be working on improving their communication to employees - Many promotions come from within, and there is a lot of opportunity for advancement if you are here for more than a couple years

- Salary below industry average for many departments - Some internal drama between coworkers - Bonus often on the lower end of the range
