Pros
As a junior you are given a lot of trust and opportunities. Very intelligent people that you will work with and they can grow not only your career but also help develop the way you think about things. You can do a lot of certifications through the company and work hands on with the technologies you are being certified in. Culture is fantastic and there isn't a feeling of being talked down to by anyone
Cons
Furthering yourself through degrees is encouraged in the sales pitch but assistance is severely lacking especially in terms of study leave. My advice would be to complete all the degrees you want before you join. Leave in general is rather limited and it doesn't increase too much even if you've been with the company a long time. You can very easily get stuck at clients where your growth is stunted and it can easily effect your promotions In general if your client isn't challenging you and helping you grow it's up to you to put in extra hours and that work is often ignored in performance reviews
