      Pros

      - Regular hikes (twice a year) - Ambitious company - Open environment - Great work - Some of the best projects to work on, they have banking, government and other prestigious verticals - Good leave policy with options - Freedom at work, Best part!

      Cons

      - Its a very mature startup (~4-5 year old) so anybody looking for early stage startup might not get those benefits - Too much work pressure at the beginning - No pick n drop facility unless you do super over-time and get late

      Pros

      Culture, freedom and friendly environment.

      Cons

      To much work, fewer developers. People speaking to the clients set unacceptable deadlines without even asking the developers if they are free or not. As a result, you do a poor job in whatever you do.

      No good tech stack. Toxic culture. No proper management.
