Pros
Product is fun to work with. Allows you to get creative with brides and customers on invitations and announcements. You can work retail hours if thats what you are looking for. Employee discount is not too bad.
Cons
A lot of micromanagement, nonstop gossip, no overtime pay, no opportunity growth, only salaried employees receive annual raises not hourly, no employee evaluations given, high employee turnaround rate, no structure since its a growing company, 39 hours a week is considered part time, no part-time benefits, only get a 30 min lunch break
