Discrimination amongst teams, senior management and trainers treated far better. One rule for one and a different rule for another - this was the case with WFH, laptops, and even offering better mobile phones to different departments. At one point my team had to share 1 ancient Nokia phone between 5 of us whilst everyone else in the business had a brand new iPhone! Run down office (although I hear it has moved since) No structured mental health support. Too focussed on targets as opposed to the young people they are trying to ‘help’. Managers who refer to people of different ethnicities as being ‘coloured’ or ‘half cast’. No flexible working. No progression opportunities. Too much blame on other departments instead of working together to find solutions. Seating staff like school children splitting up work friendships.
