Pros

Coworkers all great to work with

Cons

Upper management is controlling and works their employees to the bone. The amount of BOGOS, sometimes unannounced, is so exploitative. All for min wage btw. They have loopholes to get away with raises. They used to give bonuses as a small mom and pop shop, but now that they’ve gone corporate I would not recommend this job anymore. If you want to be a store manager I definitely don’t recommend, you will be forced to work 27/7. Trust me I see and we went through so many managers and can’t keep one due to mistreatment.

Cons

Tips vary, and I'm unsure if we receive all tips Cash tips are included in our salary, and we get a minimum Raise is not guaranteed, and neither is overtime. Pretty short-staffed and has to work in a fast-paced environment with over four ways of ordering systems—delivery, Kiosk, Website, App, POS, Third Party Deliveries. It's an entry-level job. Used to receive holiday bonuses even for grand openings, but not anymore. very short staff and chaotic sometimes. More compensation would be nice, especially if you work there for a year, and someone new gets hired, you make the same as them. very strict dress code and judgmental peeps, messy and draining hot
