Very friendly co-workers. The pay can be great.

DUKA Property Management has leaders who are either incompetent or lazy. Many of our leaders are terrible at decision-making, and we are sometimes forced to ignore their decisions because they're just awful. Some of them are decently experienced, but also just too lazy to provide proper guidance to the employees.

Not too many pros honestly

poor salary, lack of employee appreciation, if you aren't Albanian you will be treated with racism, discrimination, and not given any opportunities for growth, the RMs provide no support to staff and instead take kickbacks from contractors and lick the boots of board members, admin staff is extremely entitled when all they are is glorified receptionists
